  • Review and/or drafting of governance disclosures including the Chair’s governance statement, reports of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees, and the directors’ report
  • Review of the entire annual report, including provision of a style guide if required to aid consistency
  • Advising on and managing the shareholder ‘deemed consent’ mailing to encourage the use of electronic communications, thereby reducing the number of printed annual reports required
  • Compliance checks against the requirements of the Companies Act and associated regulations and the chosen governance code
  • Project managing the printing and mailing of the annual report – typically in tandem with the Notice of AGM –  liaising directly with printers and registrars
