One Advisory was founded by our Managing Director, Matt Wood (FCA) in 2006. Together with the dedication and hard work of long-standing colleagues, One Advisory has grown to become the City’s leading advisory firm providing comprehensive and cost-effective financial reporting and governance advisory services to London’s Plcs, guiding them through the complexities of the Plc landscape, regardless of the stage on their journey.

Over the years, we have cultivated strong partnerships with leading advisors in the City, earning the trust of investment banks, auditors, reporting accountants, nominated advisors, and lawyers within capital markets. We never take for granted their continued endorsement of our services and the referrals they generate, working hard to ensure we deliver on every single mandate. In addition to IPOs, we provide day-to-day financial reporting and governance services to more than 70 Plcs every month as well as preparing and assisting clients with the preparation of their annual and interim reports.
