Early Career Hires
Just getting started with your governance career? Or maybe you’ve mastered the basics and are ready for your next challenge. Either way, if you’re ready to prove yourself, we at One Advisory are here to support you with the tools, training, study support and experience you need to succeed and progress. Our generous support package provides fully funded CGI exam support plus paid days off for revision and exams.
As an Executive or Senior Executive at One Advisory, you’ll gain experience that you won’t find anywhere else. Unlike other roles at this level, you’ll be in the Plc boardroom from day one – regardless of your previous experience. You’ll learn from senior colleagues, working alongside them and gaining an insight into how boards operate across a range of markets and sectors, from AIM-listed tech startups to established, premium-listed retailers and everything in between. As you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility, with a view to growing into the lead role on a portfolio of listed clients once qualified and sufficiently experienced. From there, the sky’s the limit.
A full list of requirements can be found on the relevant job description on the role being applied for.
Successful applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Experienced hires
If you are a motivated governance professional with solid listed company exposure (whether in-house or in professional services) and enjoy working as part of a friendly and high-performing team, a role with One Advisory as a Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director could be an exciting next move.
To be successful, you’ll need to be capable of running your own client portfolio whilst also helping develop the skills of our more junior team members. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in a dynamic business that is continuing to grow. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to take an active role in managing, training and mentoring junior team members, projecting our values internally and externally. You will also participate in business development and brand-building opportunities, as well as contributing to internal continuous improvement initiatives.
If you thrive in a team environment where you can have a truly positive impact on the business and the people within it, then we’d love to speak to you.
