Michael has extensive experience of advising listed companies or companies seeking a listing in London.
Michael qualified as an ACA in 2010 with PwC, having worked within its assurance practice. Michael’s role in PwC included being the senior in charge on audit engagements for a wide range of complex clients across industries such as utilities, construction, manufacturing, technology, software, engineering, healthcare and not-for profit.
After leaving practice, Michael joined ION Group, a market leading trading technology company, where Michael was involved in the statutory reporting across various jurisdictions.
Michael joined ONE Advisory in 2014 and his role includes managing IPO finance support projects for companies going through the IPO process (e.g., IFRS conversions, FPPPs and PPAs), as well as advising existing listed companies on their day-to-day, annual and interim financial reporting requirements.
