Matt has been providing corporate advice to growth companies for 25 years and has held board positions on London listed Plcs for more than 15 years.
Qualifying as a chartered accountant, Matt moved into corporate finance with Beeson Gregory (which became Evolution Securities and was later sold to Investec) where he advised many Main Market and AIM companies on a wide range of transactions including: IPOs, secondary fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and the Takeover Code.
Recognising that the reporting obligations and regulatory burden on Plc management teams were only going to increase, Matt founded ONE Advisory in 2006 as a corporate advisor to growth companies in order to provide direct and relevant advice to entrepreneurs navigating their way through the rules and regulations of London’s stock markets.
Matt’s ambition is for ONE Advisory to become the No. 1 adviser that aspirational companies and the professional financial services community turn to when they are considering listing their business in London.
