Associate Director - Financial Reporting and Transactional Support
Jas has significant experience in providing general business advice to AIM listed companies as well as clients both domestically and internationally, in a range of sectors from film, music and sports industry clients to international retail, not-for-profit and entrepreneurs with global business interests.
Prior to joining ONE Advisory, Jas worked at a top 10 accounting firm in which he provided SMEs advice on how to structure their finance functions as well as providing support in the production of management and statutory financial reporting information, implementing compliant accounting cloud-based software, ensuring international VAT compliance was adhered to (including distance selling VAT returns) and providing strategic growth advice.
Jas joined ONE Advisory in 2020 and his role includes being the first point of contact in managing IPO finance support projects such as FPPP’s and IFRS conversions.
In a world of ever increasing regulatory and disclosure requirements for listed companies, Jas’s role sees him work closely with the Board of Directors on a number of PLCs to assist them in navigating these challenges. Jas has extensive experience in preparing audited consolidated group accounts under IFRS to the required standard allowing auditors to sign off within the agreed upon timeframe with the client that satisfies market expectations.
