Bohdana Pagacova (ACG)
Manager - Company Secretarial, Governance and Compliance
After graduating from law university in the Czech Republic and obtaining an LLM degree in European Private Law at Amsterdam University, Bohdana began her company secretarial career as a Company Secretarial Administrator in 2019 at IG Group, the global fintech FTSE 250 company. During her time there, Bohdana began studying the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme.
Bohdana joined ONE Advisory in 2021 and, whilst utilising her in-house knowledge of corporate governance, she has been broadening her experience by working with multiple Standard, Premium and AIM listed clients. Bohdana takes a high degree of personal responsibility and accountability for work delivery and is very enthusiastic about and involved in training and mentoring others.
