• Fair valuing EMI and unapproved share options and drafting reports outlining relevant accounting treatment and assumptions used;

• Fair valuing financial instruments, such as warrants and convertible loan notes, and drafting reports analysing relevant accounting treatments and assumptions used 

• Drafting share-based payment and financial instruments disclosures for inclusion into the financial statements; and

• Liaising with auditors for clearance on any queries in relation to the above.
