Engagement: Project Management and Lead Advisory for the disposal (“Sale”) of Falanx’ strategic intelligence subsidiary, Falanx Assynt (“Assynt”).

Delivery: Project managed entire process from early dialogue with potentially interested parties to achieving completion of the Sale within the timetable for cash of £4.6 million with no deferred or contingent consideration. Sale value represented c73% of Falanx’s market capitalisation at the time of sale.
